Section 3 Employment

Conifer-LeChase is seeking certified, skilled and experienced workers

on behalf of our subcontractors for our various projects.

  • Job pre-clean

  • Landscaping

  • Masonry

  • Painting & decorating

  • Plumbing

  • Roofing, siding & exterior trim

  • Rough carpentry

  • Site clean-up & trash removal

  • Sitework concrete

  • Tilework

We are committed to implementing an effective Section 3 program pursuant to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to support our initiatives in NY, NJ, PA and MD. To the greatest extent feasible, our expenditures will be directed to local residents and businesses.
