Willow Point at Vista Center (New Construction-Family)
Completed in January 2005, this 100-unit affordable apartment community consists of 11 residential buildings and a community building.

  • Project Size: 16-one bedroom apartments, 48 two-bedroom apartments and 36 three-bedroom townhouses.

Chestnut Station (New Construction-Senior)
Chestnut Station is a mixed income senior apartment community constructed on an urban renewal site. Fourteen of the units are market rate with the balance affordable to seniors age 55 years or older with incomes at 50% of area median income.

  • Project Size: 74 units plus community room with kitchen, a computer room and doctor’s office.

St. Mary’s Commons Apartments (Adaptive Rehabilitation)
This project included the conversion of a 113,000 square foot, four story convent into a senior living complex.

Westhills Square (Preservation)
Originally constructed in the late 1940’s, this 109-unit project received a comprehensive rehabilitation in 2003. Seventy-two of the units target families at or below 60% of the area median income and the balance of the units are market rate.

Fort Hill Apartments (Historic Rehabilitation)
A conversion of a former high school to a senior living community, presently home to 57 seniors in this Finger Lakes community. The project also included a 10,000 square foot adult day care center operated by a local health care provider.

  • Project Size: Six studios, 42 one-bedroom units, nine two-bedroom units and 10,000 square feet of community space.
