Timothy D. Fournier

Managing Partner

Timothy D. Fournier is a principal of Conifer Realty, LLC and served as its Chief Operating Officer from 2001 through 2005. He assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006 where today he leads a team of over 500 employees in the development and construction of several new projects in addition to the management and ownership of nearly 170 apartment communities representing over 10,000 multi-family units.

Prior to participating in a management lead buyout of Conifer Realty, Mr. Fournier was an Executive Vice President from 1996 to 2000 of Conifer Realty Corporation, the development arm of Home Properties Inc., a publicly traded REIT. Previously, he served as Vice President of Finance for Conifer Development, Inc., responsible for Corporate Accounting and Finance as well as tax reporting for over 140 limited partnerships.

Prior to joining Conifer in 1986, Mr. Fournier worked for five years with Coopers & Lybrand in Rochester, New York, where he received his license as a Certified Public Accountant. During his tenure there, he concentrated in the areas of real estate accounting and taxation, and served as the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee and the Director of Recruiting.

Mr. Fournier received a B.S. Degree in Accounting from New Hampshire College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Fournier is the former President of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Board of Directors, a Board Member of the Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong, the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation and the New York State Association for Affordable Housing. Additionally, he serves as a Trustee of Nazareth College in Rochester, New York.

William L. Mack

Managing Partner

Will Mack is an Executive Vice President and COO of the Northeast Region of the US with LeChase Construction. A third generation construction professional, entering the business at a very young age, Mr. Mack’s evolution through the ranks of the construction business began during school breaks and led to his first job as a field engineer after college. Eventually, Mr. Mack began managing accounts and clients, and today, Mr. Mack supports the vice presidents and project executives with the delivery of projects on a big-picture level. His career of diverse expertise in project management, finance, real estate and business strategy brings a wealth of knowledge and proven success to the LeChase team. Mr. Mack has been an integral part of LeChase Construction since 1993 and was promoted to executive vice president and principal in 2002. Currently as Executive Vice President, Mr. Mack has corporate responsibility as well as operational responsibility for Central, Western and the Southern Tier of New York.

Prior to LeChase, Mr. Mack acted as a project and construction manager for Edgewater Construction Company. Before working at Edgewater, Mr. Mack was the superintendent at William J. McNeary Development Company, Inc.

Mr. Mack’s extensive project achievements include working with clients such as Xerox Corporation, St. John Fisher College, Mobil Chemical, University of Rochester and Eastman Kodak Company. He brings an in-depth understanding of technical, recreational and business-based industries to the table for the best construction solutions.

Mr. Mack is involved with several affiliations, both regional and national. He is the board chair for the Builders Exchange as well as the district chairperson for the Boy Scouts of America Otetiana Council, Inc. In addition, he is a steering committee member of the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Mr. Mack is also a past board member for the Rochester Area Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis and the Village of Fairport Planning Board.

Mr. Mack’s education includes a B.S. in Finance from Siena College, located in Loudonville, New York. In addition, he has participated in various trade and industry specific programs and training.

Richard D. Allen

Senior Vice President

Richard Allen has served as Senior Vice President of Conifer-LeChase Construction since 2007. In this role, Rick is responsible for all business operations including but not limited to: setting a high standard for safety, quality and values in all business aspects; short and long term business goals; leadership and participation on generating corporate strategy and planning initiatives, site visits and evaluations, manpower and resource needs; professional employee development; contract negotiations; and customer relationships. He is a construction professional with over 20 years of experience in overseeing the project management of general construction, design/build and construction management projects.

He has worked on numerous CLC projects, including Patchogue Long Island, Edgewood Park Apartments, Cornwell Heights, Hamilton Towers, Courtyard at James and Brookside I & II.

Rick’s education includes a B.T. in Civil Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also has an A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering Design & Drafting Technology from Morrisville State College, part of the State University of New York and has completed coursework in Optical Engineering Technology at Monroe Community College.
